In a volunteer capacity, this role primarily focuses on leveraging marketing strategies to promote the training’s value, credibility, and benefits. Below are the key responsibilities and tasks you will undertake in this role:
Utilize social media platforms to target audiences for the training, which may include professionals in the IT sector, students, businesses, or individuals seeking a career change into cybersecurity.
Promote the value proposition of the training, such as highlighting the unique benefits and outcomes of the cybersecurity program (e.g., certification, job readiness, industry relevance).
Collect feedback from current and past students to refine marketing strategies, improve program offerings, and better understand the needs of the audience.
Use social media platforms such as LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, and Facebook to raise awareness.
Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey the program’s message.
Report to the Manager on a weekly basis for assessment and remuneration.
